Terms & Conditions – Hello Movers, Part of Hello Vans
By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all services provided by our company, including Moving, Cleaning, and Handyman services.
Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your booking at any time. Cancellation charges apply based on how far in advance you cancel:
- A. Free Cancellation – Cancel at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time to avoid any charges.
- B. 30% Charge – Cancel within 48 to 24 hours of the scheduled start time: 30% of the total job cost will be charged.
- C. 50% Charge – Cancel within 24 to 12 hours: 50% of the total job cost will be charged.
- D. Full Charge – Cancel less than 12 hours before the scheduled start time: 100% of the job cost will be charged.
How to Cancel:
You can cancel your booking through any of the following methods:
- Calling our office
- Speaking to us via live chat
- Emailing our support team
- Phone: Call our office at 020 3633 8267
- Email: Send an email to [email protected]
- Through our live chat (during working hours)
Rescheduling:
- Bookings can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 30% fee.
Additional Charges:
- Parking fees, ULEZ, and Congestion Charges are not included in your quote and may apply separately.
Service Refusal:
We reserve the right to refuse service if the property is deemed hazardous to the health or safety of our team.
If this information is not disclosed in advance and the job cannot proceed as a result, 50% of the total booking value will be charged.
Service Disruption:
In the event of an accident or unforeseen circumstances affecting the assigned team, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the service.
